Warranty :
Your Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd Products are covered by different warranty periods. If there is an issue with your product, then please review the warranty conditions associated with each product here (“Product Warranty”) and also on the Product listing page.. The Product Warranty is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To the extent there is a conflict between the terms of the Product Warranty and these Terms, the terms of the Product Warranty will prevail with respect to Products purchased from Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd. In case of any conflict between the terms of the Product Warranty and the Product listing page, the terms of the Product listing page shall prevail.

Product Returns:
Damaged Product should be initiated for return within 24 hours and the product should be returned in 2 days. 

If you want to return your Products within the allowed time limit after your receipt, please click here to contact us. to arrange a return pick-up with applicable shipping charges.

The following conditions also apply to Product returns:

• The Products / Packing should not be opened for any return policies.  Must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors, except such defects that have been reported to us along with return request and confirmed by our representative);
• Products shipped outside of the India are not eligible for return;
• For Products eligible for No-Questions-Asked return policy like the 100 days trial for some of our mattress products, if at least one Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-night trials on subsequent orders of that particular Product.

You may choose to seek a replacement of the product returned by you or a refund of the price paid by you, as per the Product Warranty. More details about Replacement and Returns are available at the FAQs here .

Refund Mode and Duration:
Once your refund has been initiated, you will be required to share your official email address and bank account details with us, upon request over email or other communication. After sharing the above details, you will receive a refund initiation confirmation and  the amount be credited in your account, within 10 working days of us receiving the required details. In case of orders paid by cash at the time of delivery, we will not provide refund in cash and the refund amount will be transferred electronically to your bank account, details of which will be sought in the aforesaid manner.

Cancellations:

• In case of refunds, the Payment gateway charges and any other charges ( if any ) are chargeable to the customer / buyer / credit card holder / debit card holder etc that are used for purchasing the product ( s) i.e., the Payment gateway charges and any other charges ( if any ) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• In some cases where an National / international credit card has been used the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a transaction charge for any charge / refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank.
• Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd, would refund only the amount charged in INR as displayed on the website minus the charges levied by the payment gateway partner or by the card issuing bank
• Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card Issuing bank for the Indian / foreign transaction or charge or tax levied by the credit card Issuing Bank or Gateway provider.
• Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd. reserves its right to withdraw any product or goods at its sole discretion.
• Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or has become unavailable or is found to have any defect or otherwise cannot or ought not to be sold for any reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card or any other mode.

In case of receiving a damaged product please inform our customer service team within 24 hours of product delivery by calling Customer Support.

Exchange :: If your Exchange / Replacement is approved the product will be delivered to you within 7 working days.

Terms and Conditions

1. 30 Nights Trial on selected products is applicable for the first 30 nights from the date of delivery.
2. 30 Nights Trial is applicable only on selected standard size mattresses and not available on custom size mattresses.
3. Cancellations are not allowed on custom size mattresses.
4. 30 Nights trial Policy is not applicable for purchase made by Amazon and Flipkart.  Trail on selected products will be applicable only on orders that have been purchased from Authorized dealers of Sleepwave Mattress or from Sleepwave Mattress Website.
5. Return and Refund on 30 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under an exception to Return/Refund under 30 Nights Trial for selected mattress.
6. Our 30 Nights Trial for selected products offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd purchased from Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd  or any other website authorised by Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd Sleep.
7. We ask you to give your Sleepwave Mattress Pvt Ltd a fair trial for a minimum of 2 weeks. Research shows that it takes just about that much time for your body to start adjusting to any new mattress!
8. We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.

*Exceptions to Return/Refund under 30 Nights Trial for selected products

1. There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress
2. The 30-nights trial does not cover the exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.
3. This policy is not applicable on the accessories.
